Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact

  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided

  • The return is requested within the 7-day window


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless faulty:

  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry

  • Beauty or skincare products

  • Lingerie or undergarments

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with a return reference number and return instructions.

  3. Securely package the item(s) and return them to:

Note: We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Luxe Galleria UK is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • In cases of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, Luxe Galleria UK will reimburse reasonable return shipping charges upon verification.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Note: Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please:

  1. Return the original item following the steps above

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures the fastest and most accurate service.


7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage or issue

  • A description of the problem

We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank or credit card account again

  • Then contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

9. Right to Cancel (UK/USA Customers Only)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 calendar days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

To cancel, please email us within this time. You must then return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us. You will receive a full refund, including the basic delivery charge (if applicable).
