If the conditions outlined in our refund policy are met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.
Items purchased online can be returned by post. Please contact our customer service team to request the return address before sending any items back.
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt. All items must be in their original condition, with all labels and tags intact.
Please note: delivery costs are non-refundable, unless the item is returned due to a fault or error on our part, in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. items are defective, damaged, or not as ordered).
